Baker Bob bakes tarts, biscuits, and muffins. This is what he has for sale when he opens his shop on Tuesday morning:
=48
I know its 48 because 48 divided by 2=24, then 3 x 4 = 12 and another 3 x 4 = 12 so,12 + 12=24 and 24 + 24 =48

2. Hannah and Brendon buy half of Baker Bob’s muffins. They share the cost equally.

a. How many muffins do they each have? =3
I know its 3 because half of 12 is 6 and half of 6 muffins they bought is  3 so they got 3 each.

b. How much do they each have to pay? =$12
I know its 12 because 3 muffins x 2 = $6, because you put their 3 +3 muffins together =6 ; the muffins cost only $2 each so, 6 muffins x $2 = $12
